One thread, attached to your order.
Support runs on tickets. A ticket carries your order, your product and everything already said, so whoever picks it up starts with the context instead of asking for it again — and it is still there tomorrow, which is more than a chat channel can promise.
Open a ticket
Every route runs through here — keys, billing, a build that won’t launch, or anything you would rather not say in public. Pick the department that fits and bring what it asks for. First reply usually within a few hours.

Opening a ticket needs an account, which is no help if the account is the problem. Email us instead and we’ll get you back in, then carry on in a ticket where it is on the record.

The single biggest cause of a slow answer is a ticket filed where nobody who can act on it is looking.
- Licensing & Activation
- Keys, activation, moving to a new machine, expiry.
- Billing & Payments
- A payment that hasn't credited, refunds, balance and receipts.
- Product Support
- A build won't inject, crashes, or a feature stopped working.
- Website & Account
- Sign-in, two-factor, email changes, anything on the site itself.
- Affiliate Programme
- Referral links, commission, payouts and attribution questions.
- Partnerships & Applications
- Reselling, private builds, bulk licensing, or working with us. Read by a person, not a queue.
- Feedback & Requests
- Feature requests, a game you want us to carry, or something that annoyed you.
Before you write in
Check the status page. If a build is mid-rebuild it will say so there, with an ETA, and your term is already being credited.
Check statusRefunds
There are none. Crypto cannot be reversed and a key is issued the moment payment confirms. A day pass is the cheap way to try a build before committing to a term.
Read the policyMoving machines
Keys are bound by the provider, not by us, and each sets its own reset policy. Open a licensing ticket with your order number and we pass the request straight through.
